The Parents' Directories are FREE booklets produced annually for parents of children aged 0-4 years, containing general parenting information, local contacts, local activities, websites for parents and more.

The Parents' Directories are a valuable, much read and widely distributed resource in Penrith/Blue Mountains, The Hills and Shoalhaven areas in NSW, Australia. A broad range of health services, community groups, welfare organisations and retail outlets enthusiastically distribute the Parents' Directories and feedback has only been overwhelmingly positive from parents, health professionals and the general community.

Michelle Grice of Shel Design (developer and publisher of the Parents’ Directories) is continually overwhelmed by the feedback from parents who ask ‘why haven’t we had this before?’ or ‘I wish I had this when my kids were little’. Shel Design receives weekly emails and phone calls from nurses and other health professionals who ask for copies, praising the content and applauding the existence of such a resource for parents.
