The Parents' Directories are produced by Shel Design, a graphic design and web design company based in Glenmore Park, NSW, Australia.
 The idea for a local ‘Parents’ Directory’
came about after Shel Design Director, Michelle Grice, had her first child in 2005. The first Parents' Directory was launched in 2006 (Penrith Parents' Directory).
"I was given lots of useful information but it was in the form of
individual flyers and sheets of paper - easy to lose!
So the idea for a local resource in the form of a booklet for parents was
created"
